38M WITH HEADACHE SINCE 2 MONTHS

Headache since 2 months 

HOPI:

The patient was apparently asymptomatic  2 months ago then he developed pain in occipital region and parietal region of head associated with blurring of vision ,body pains and excessive sweating

The pain is insidious  in onset, gradually progressive,intermittent  type,which is dragging type and burning sensation

Photo phobia present 

No h/o fever

cold

cough

burning micturition

PAST HISTORY

N/K/C/O surgeries

Trauma,

DMHTN,allergies,thyroid,TB,asthma

PERSONAL HISTORY

Loss of appetite 

Mixed diet

Regular bowel bladder movements

Inadequate sleep

Alcohol consumption :350ml/day
